In the retail and healthcare sectors, employees increasingly need to keep their hands free to take notes, serve food and drinks, or carry items. The WHM621 with Charging Cable is a DECT headset that offers the flexibility required for these tasks through the W70B DECT base station/W80 Multi-Cell system/W90 Multi-Cell system. The headset can be registered directly to the DECT base station as an independent device or can share a SIP account with a DECT headset to initiate a call or manage a conversation. With DECT technology, the headset can establish a stable connection and achieve a working range of up to 300 meters. This allows you to move around the space without worrying about the headset's range. In addition to standard call functions such as answering, rejecting, holding, and muting, the headset also features a Push-to-Talk function. You can easily send Push-to-Talk messages through the headset or organize a full-duplex Push-to-Talk meeting, ensuring that the entire team stays in close contact. With the intercom function, you can also conduct internal conversations without a network, and intercom calls are free of charge. Moreover, the headsets ensure comfort throughout the day.

Push-to-Talk
Press and hold the call control button; all participants in one group can hear you, and communication is full-duplex. When you're done speaking, simply release the button. You can also press the call control button and the mute button simultaneously; the Push-to-Talk meeting will then be placed on hold for 3 minutes. This allows you to talk hands-free with members.

Available in two different modes
The WHM621 with Charging Cable can be used in two different modes:
In linked mode, it syncs with an existing Yealink DECT handset. For example, when calling a frequently used number via the handset, you can transfer the call to the headset. In the independent operating mode, the WHM621 with Charging Cable functions as a standalone phone, meaning it has a SIP account just like a regular phone.

Be heard loud and clear
Thanks to Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology, background noise is automatically blocked in the two microphones built into the WHM621 with Charging Cable, clearly transmitting the participant's voice. This makes communication much more efficient.
